Shipping Policy

Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days, except when otherwise noted.

Within Canada, orders are sent via Canada Post and do not come with tracking. They typically take around 1 week to arrive. Please plan ahead to allow time for delays out of our control.

To the U.S., orders are typically sent via Chit Chats, and come with limited tracking. Bundle orders may be upgraded to full tracking as a courtesy. Chit Chats estimates delivery 3-6 business days after shipping. Please plan ahead to allow time for delays out of our control.

Internationally, orders are sent via Canada Post and do not come with tracking. They can take up to 2 weeks to arrive, and in some parts of the world this may be longer. Please plan ahead to allow time for delays out of our control.
