Do you accept returns?

We accept returns provided the products are in the same condition in which they were shipped, and the buyer is contacting us within 30 days of delivery. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover return shipping costs, typically an envelope and a stamp. Your refund will be processed as soon as the product arrives back on our end and is restocked.

 

How do I start a return?

Simply send us a message, or email us at walnutstdesign@gmail.com letting us know that you would like to return your order. Please be prepared to cover return shipping costs and wait for reimbursement until the item is delivered to us and restocked.

 

My order arrived damaged. What do I do now?

We are so sorry to hear that! Although we take care to package orders for their journey in the mail, sometimes products may become damaged in transit. Please send us a message or an email at walnutstdesign@gmail.com, including pictures of the damage, so we can reach a solution. 

 

Can I return an order I customized?

We do not accept returns on items that have been customized. This includes custom wording changes, picture modifications, notes and messages, and custom card creations. If you received a custom order and you have concerns, please message us to discuss the issue.

 

My order didn't arrive in time. Can I return it?

Yes, simply send us a message to get the process started. You will need to mail the order back to us in Canada and once it arrives on our end, we will refund your payment. Please note that it is your responsibility to cover return shipping costs - often a stamp or two are all that are required.
