Mental Health Cards

Mental health challenges can feel incredibly lonely, and it isn’t always easy to know what to say. Browse our mental health support cards to remind someone that they’re seen, cared for, and not alone. Every card features original, human-made artwork designed and printed in-house in Burlington, Ontario, and can be personalized with the recipient’s name or your own message at no extra cost.

Every card measures 4.25 × 5.5 inches (A2) and is printed on lightly textured white cardstock. A kraft paper envelope and coordinating sticker are included.
