Where do your designs come from?

100% of our card illustrations are created by us. That means we do not use designs purchased from another artist. It ensures that when you make a purchase, it is totally unique and truly handmade.

Who prints your cards and art illustrations?

We print all of our greeting cards in our home in Ontario, Canada. We also print many of our art prints, although some designs require the help of a local print shop. When this happens, the design is printed at their location, then cut by hand and packaged as normal by us. We do not currently dropship or use any third-party fulfillment companies.

What can I personalize for free?

We are happy to change or add to a caption. We can also add a message to the inside of the card, which will be added before printing.

What if I want bigger changes to a card?

We can accommodate any request for customization! If you would like to alter the colors on a card, the illustration, or the size, send us a message to chat about it!  We'll figure out if we can do the changes for free or if there will be an extra charge. 

How long does shipping take in Canada?

Shipping in Canada takes approximately 1 week. Unless otherwise specified, orders are sent by letter mail, which does not include tracking.

How long does shipping take to the United States?

Shipping to the U.S. takes up to about 2 weeks. Unless otherwise specified, orders are sent by letter mail, which does not include tracking.

How long does shipping take to international addresses?

Shipping to countries other than the U.S. and Canada can take up to 3 weeks, although orders generally arrive in 2 weeks or less. Unless otherwise specified, orders are sent by letter mail, which does not include tracking.
